Physiotherapy and veterans
Veterans may be eligible for coverage of physiotherapy through certain programs, depending on their service and situation. Eligibility rules are set by the programs, not by the clinic. Ask the clinic about eligibility and what paperwork may be needed, and check with your program contact.
Programs for veterans have their own forms and approval steps, which can feel complicated. We are happy to help you work out what the clinic needs from you.
Where to start
- Contact your program or case manager to confirm what is covered
- Ask what paperwork or pre approval is required
- Ask whether a clinic must be on a provider list
- Keep records of your visits and receipts
