Sometimes. Appointment availability at Performance Sports Therapy changes from day to day, so the quickest way to find out is to check our online booking page or call 613-742-1230. We will tell you what is open and help you pick a time.

Why earlier can be better

After a new injury, many people feel better about getting it looked at soon. An early assessment can tell you what is going on, rule out common worries and give you advice on moving safely while the area settles. It also gives you a plan instead of guesswork.

How to improve your chances

  • Call or check the online booking page first thing in the morning
  • Be flexible about the time of day if you can
  • Mention that you are dealing with a recent injury
  • Ask whether a cancellation might open up

When to go elsewhere first

Some situations need a doctor or emergency department before physiotherapy. Seek urgent medical care if you have severe pain after a fall or car crash, a visibly out-of-place joint, numbness in the groin or inner thighs, loss of bladder or bowel control, chest pain, or a fever with pain.

For other injuries, our physiotherapy team is happy to help. We are open Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 8:00pm, Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm.
