How do I book an appointment, and how fast will I hear back?
There are three ways to book.
We are accepting new patients.
- Online. Book directly through Jane at any time. You can pick your practitioner and time.
- By phone. Call 613-742-1230.
- By message. Send an inquiry through our website and our receptionist will call or email you back.
How quickly we reply
Usually within two hours during the day. Messages sent in the evening are answered the next morning. You will always hear back within 24 hours.
Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Sunday and holidays: closed
