No. We treat athletes and non-athletes alike. The name comes from how we work, not from who we accept: we assess carefully, treat hands-on, and build a plan around what you want to get back to.
Who comes to the clinic
- People with back, neck or shoulder pain from desk work or driving
- People recovering from surgery, a fall or a car or workplace injury
- Older adults working on mobility, balance and independence
- Parents, tradespeople and weekend walkers, golfers and gardeners
- Youth, adult and masters athletes at every level
What “sports therapy” means for you
Athletes need to know what is wrong, what the plan is, and when they can return. Everyone deserves the same clarity. Your goal might be a marathon, or it might be carrying groceries, sleeping through the night or getting back to work. The plan is built around that goal.
Services that are not just for athletes
- Physiotherapy, including home and retirement-residence visits
- Chiropractic care
- Registered massage therapy
- Dietetics, including nutrition care for medical conditions
- Custom orthotics and bracing
Not sure who to see?
Read Should I see a physiotherapist, a chiropractor or a massage therapist? or call and describe the problem. Our front desk will point you to the right person.
When to see a doctor first
Go to emergency for chest pain, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a suspected fracture. For anything less urgent, you can book with us directly; no referral is needed in Ontario.
We are in Gloucester, a short drive from Orléans and Beacon Hill. Fees are on our Pricing page.
