Should I see a physiotherapist, a chiropractor or a massage therapist?
All three treat pain and injuries of muscles and joints, and there is a lot of overlap. If you are unsure, book an assessment with a physiotherapist or chiropractor. They will tell you if someone else on the team is a better fit.
How they differ
Physiotherapy focuses on restoring movement and function with hands-on treatment and progressive exercise. It is a common starting point for sports injuries, post-surgery rehab and ongoing joint or tendon pain.
Sports injury-focused chiropractic assesses and treats joints, muscles and nerves, including the spine. At our clinic it also includes soft tissue work, dry needling and rehab exercise.
Registered massage therapy treats muscle tension and soft tissue. It works well alongside physio or chiro, and for recovery between training sessions.
Why it matters less here
Our physiotherapists, chiropractors and massage therapists work under one roof and share care when it helps. You do not have to get the choice right on your own.
We are accepting new patients.
