Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and make sure the area being treated is easy to get to.

By body part

  • Knee, hip or ankle: shorts
  • Shoulder, neck or upper back: a tank top or loose T-shirt; a sports bra for women
  • Lower back: a loose top and shorts or track pants
  • Foot: bring the shoes you train or work in, plus any orthotics

A few more tips

  • Running shoes are best if you will be doing exercises
  • Avoid jeans, dresses and anything stiff or tight
  • Coming from work or school? Bring a change of clothes. You can change in our large accessible washroom, or in the treatment room while your practitioner steps out.

The same applies to chiropractic appointments. For massage therapy, your therapist will explain how to prepare and you are always covered with a sheet.
