About TAYLOR DALGLEISH
Taylor Dalgleish is a certified Athletic Therapist with a Honours Bachelors of Arts degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University and an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Science degree in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College. As a former hockey athlete herself Taylor has first-hand experience that has taught her the importance of Athletic Therapy. A combination of her passion for sport and helping others is what ultimately lead her to seek a career in athletic therapy where she now focuses on helping her athletes to safely achieve their athletic goals.
Taylor uses a combination of manual techniques, therapeutic modalities, and various forms of exercise in order to help athletes prevent and/or safely return from injury.
In addition to joining the team at Ashbury, Taylor currently works at Carleton University in the varsity clinic and with the Women’s Basketball team. Throughout her career Taylor has been able to work with a number of different athletes with varying athletic backgrounds, most recently including positions as an intern with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League and the Men’s Hockey team at Ontario Tech University. She also had the pleasure of working with Gymnastics Canada and their national level Tumbling and DMT athletes at a number of competitions.
