Whether you’re recovering from injury, coping with stress, facing identity shifts, or carrying experiences that feel heavy or unresolved, I offer a grounded and non-judgmental space to explore what’s beneath the surface.
My approach is collaborative, respectful, and deeply attuned to the pressures people and athletes can face physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe in meeting people where they are, and I work at a pace that honours each person’s unique story, nervous system, and goals.
In our work together, you’re not expected to have it all figured out. Whether you’re struggling silently or just tired of going it alone, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself, your resilience, and your path forward.
Within a sports therapy setting, my work naturally extends to athletes and high-performing individuals who may be struggling silently, with injury-related grief, identity loss, burnout, perfectionism, or trauma, whether rooted in sport, life, or both. My approach is reflective, grounded, and collaborative, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves beyond performance or outcome.
