Sports Performance Training

To be an athlete, you must train like an athlete. Here’s how we do it:
Every day will consist of a full body lift in order to ensure the athletes are becoming more physically robust and well rounded week-to-week.
Acceleration Mechanics
Athletes will learn the fundamentals of acceleration and how to produce better ‘starts/separation’ out of their first few steps.
Change of Direction
Athletes will learn how to transition through multiple planes of motion in a smooth and effective manner to allow for better agility and less time wasted when moving forwards, backwards & laterally.
Explosive/ Reactivity Training
Athletes will be exposed to a variety of jump training styles to work on training the body to be more explosive/reactive in order to create more ‘starting force’ as well as ‘re-use’ the force that has already been created more efficiently.
General Strength Training
Athletes will train a collection of movements such as: squats, hinges, single leg, push/ pull, as well as anti-rotation exercises in order to build a better base of strength.
