Advanced Performance & Recovery

We offer cutting-edge PEMF therapy to accelerate recovery, reduce pain, and improve circulation—helping your body heal at the cellular level. Pair it with VO₂ Max testing, the gold standard for measuring cardiovascular fitness, to gain deep insights into your endurance and athletic potential. Whether you're an elite athlete or just looking to optimize your health, our technology-driven approach will help you recover faster, train smarter, and perform at your best.

VO2 Max Testing

What is VO₂ Max?

VO₂ max is the maximum rate of oxygen your body can take in per minute during exercise. It is one of the best indicators of cardiorespiratory fitness. The higher your VO₂ max, the better your heart, muscles, and lungs function. In fact, VO₂ max is one of the best predictors of overall longevity.

Why Does It Matter?

VO₂ max doesn’t just measure fitness—it is strongly associated with:

Improved health span
Improved lifespan
Decreased risk of mortality

Increasing VO₂ Max Leads To:

✔️ Lower risk of death from cancer
✔️ Lower risk of all-cause mortality (non-accidental causes)
✔️ No upper limit—higher cardiorespiratory fitness always improves longevity!

How Do You Measure VO₂ Max?

The VO₂ Master Analyzer is the world’s first wireless, wearable VO₂ Max testing device—delivering lab-quality results without bulky equipment.

This cutting-edge technology measures oxygen consumption in real-time, providing instant insights into:
🔹 Cardiovascular fitness
🔹 Endurance levels
🔹 Performance potential

Whether you’re an athlete fine-tuning your training or simply aiming to improve fitness, VO₂ Master makes elite-level testing easy, efficient, and accessible.

How Do You Improve VO₂ Max?

Boosting your VO₂ Max requires consistent cardiovascular training and smart recovery strategies.

1. Zone 2 Training (Aerobic Base Work)

  • Long, steady sessions at 60-70% of max heart rate improve endurance and efficiency.

  • Example: Cycling, running, or rowing at a comfortable pace for 30-90 minutes.

  • No heart monitor? Use the “talk test”—you should be slightly out of breath but still able to hold a conversation with deep breaths between sentences.

2. Zone 5 Training (High-Intensity Interval Training – HIIT)

  • Norwegian 4×4 Interval Training Protocol

  • 4-minute intervals at 85-95% of max heart rate, followed by 4 minutes of active recovery.

  • Example: Cycling, running, or rowing for 4 minutes, then recover for 4 minutes. Repeat 4 times.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy

What is PEMF Therapy?

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy uses low-frequency electromagnetic waves to stimulate cellular repair and improve overall wellness. It’s a non-invasive, drug-free treatment designed to enhance recovery, reduce pain, and optimize performance.

How Does It Work?

PEMF therapy works by sending electromagnetic pulses into the body, which energize cells and improve their ability to function and heal. These pulses enhance circulation, oxygenation, and ATP production (the body’s energy source), promoting faster recovery and reducing inflammation.

What Are the Benefits?

Faster Recovery – Reduces muscle soreness and accelerates healing after workouts or injuries.
Pain Relief – Decreases inflammation and eases joint and muscle pain.
Enhanced Circulation – Improves blood flow for better oxygen and nutrient delivery.
Increased Energy – Boosts cellular efficiency, leading to improved performance and endurance.
Better Sleep & Relaxation – Helps regulate the nervous system and promote deep recovery.

Whether you’re an athlete pushing your limits or simply looking to recover and feel your best, PEMF therapy is a game-changer for optimizing health and performance.
