Our Ninja Training is a movement camp designed to teach young athletes about physical literacy, mobility, agility and to build a solid but broad foundation for sports performance. Above all else, the focus is on having FUN while being active!
Camp is run like an agility course with different objectives each week that will teach kids about teamwork and cooperation to complete the task required with their teammates (either by completing a set number of repetitions, beating the clock, collecting the most bean bags, etc).
At PST, we don’t believe kids should specialize in any one sport at a young age. We believe kids should try several sports and activities, or even just run around and play! Over-training or specializing too early can lead to repetitive strain, overuse injuries, or mental burnout. We aim to teach our young athletes how to move and control their bodies. The result is creating better all-around athletes!
